From your Facebook homepage, you are enabled to delete an item of message, all messages or a whole conversation at once according to your need.
To remove a message.
Action 1 Click "Messages" from the left column of the homepage.
Step 2 Open up the discussion where you wish to remove a message or messages.
Action 3 Select Delete Messages from the Activities menu.
Step 4 Tick the checkboxes to pick the messages you wish to delete.
Tip 5 Click "Delete" switch.
